OVERNIGHT RV PARKING RESERVATION
- INDIVIDUALS WISHING TO PARK TOGETHER MUST SUBMIT THEIR RESERVATIONS TOGETHER.
- RV space size varies from 40 by 25 feet ($50 per night) to 50 by 25 feet ($60 per night). If possible, please make your reservation online at the above site. Fees may be paid online by credit card.
- Exhibitors who are unable to make online reservations may use the form below. Reservations made through the mail are subject to availability at the time of receipt of this form. The exhibitor’s signature on this form indicates that he/she accepts the space(s) assigned by the Olympic Kennel Club, Inc. Any reservation made by use of this form must be accompanied by a check as payment in full.
RESERVATION DEADLINE: July 31, 2021There will be a $25.00 charge for NSF checks.
PAYING FOR YOUR SITE:
The name on your reservation and the name on your method of payment must match in order for your to be credited with payment. If your method of payment is under a different name, you must contact the RV Parking Chair. If you do not contact the RV Parking Chair to provide this information you will not be allowed to park in your RV Site without showing proof of payment.
REFUND POLICY:
Refund requests must be in writing and postmarked on or before July 31, 2021. Refunds will be subject to a $3.00 service fee and will be refunded two weeks after the show. No refunds if postmarked after the deadline.
